The Heart of Dixie.

The Corgi household was very fortunate to have been spared any destruction, but as I'm sure you've seen from the news, it is a tragic day for our state.  Please keep the people of Alabama in your thoughts.

I just received an email that Kate from I Heart Papers will be donating 10% of her sales from now through Sunday to the Red Cross.  If you'd also like to give directly, you can text REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.

I'm sure you must know plenty of friends/students/neighbors who were affected by all the storms, and I know your heart must hurt for them -- mine sure does. Take care.

What a sweet post, Meg. We are certainly thinking of you and your fellow friends and neighbours. My husband remarked how absurd it is that people were so into watching the wedding of some absurdly rich people when more should be done for the people of Alabama back home. How very true.
